My Astronomy Manifesto

I was honored to be one of the blog contributors for the "100 Hours of Astronomy" event. I wrote my philosophy on astronomy - not exactly a manifesto but still, a statement of intent. I hope you like it!

Hi Paul, glad you had the opportunity to be a contributor. What you had to say was important and sharing the sky with others does not require a whole lot but you must have desire! You are so right about the Moon - it is the gateway to the cosmos and never a trouble at all! I really enjoyed what you said about astronomy linking us with our ancestors and with the past - really insightful and very true!

Hope your events were a smash hit and that is a neat pic of you in the studio!
